As played, I don't think you should be folding KK after making it $300 unless Villain shows you AA. Calling the 4-bet would have likely worked out pretty well for you. You are already weary of AA, and on a Q high flop, you know lose to the two most likely hands V should have - AA/QQ. Personally, I think I'd be looking to bet/fold the flop.
